Praising God in all circumstances
Sermon Outline
1. When God becomes the goal of our life, rather than a tool of our life, even our tough moments can turn into moments of praise (Acts 16.25–26).
2. When God is the one we value most, it leads us to reflect His character in our behaviour (vv. 27–28).
3. When God is the ultimate one we worship, the one whom we value the most, it also allows people to see the value of our God (vv. 29–30).
Discussion Questions
1. Why is it so difficult for us to praise God in our moments of hardship and difficulty?
2. Do we find God to be enough to be the ultimate pursuit and satisfaction of our lives?
3. Do we treat God as a tool in our lives or as the ultimate pursuit of our lives?
4. Do people around us see that God is our utmost priority and greatest value in life?
