Questions to take home
1. Have you been treating your life like a waiting room – waiting to feel settled, qualified, or sorted before you really engage? What would it look like to show up fully where you are right now?
Think about one specific area – your uni, your friendships, your family, this church community – where you’ve been holding back.
2. Romans 8 says you are a fully adopted child of God – not a guest, not on probation. Does that feel true to you? What makes it hard to believe?
Be honest. Knowing something theologically and feeling it are different things. What’s the gap for you?
3. Your in-between identity – culturally, generationally – might be exactly what God wants to use. Who in your world can you reach that others in this room probably can’t?
Think of one or two specific people. What might it look like to be a bridge for them this week?
