1. We often try to secure our future through what we own. (Luke 12.13-15)
2. No matter how much we own, it will never be enough to secure our life (verses 16–19).
3. Our attention should be on whether our lives are owned by God today (verses 20–21).

1. What are we trying to use to secure our future?
2. Do you find that no matter how much you try to own, you still don’t feel secure about the future?
3. Do we often pay attention only to tomorrow and neglect how we are today?
