場地預定服務條款

1. 條款之接受（Acceptance of Terms） 當您存取或使用本教會場地預定系統（以下簡稱「本系統」）時，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本服務條款。如果您不同意本條款的任何內容，請勿使用本系統。

2. 帳戶註冊與安全（Account Registration and Security）

  • 您必須使用有效的電子郵件地址進行註冊，系統將透過一次性驗證碼（OTP）驗證您的身份。
  • 您有責任妥善保管您的帳戶存取權限及登入狀態。
  • 您同意在系統內提供真實、準確且最新的個人資訊（例如姓名/暱稱以及所屬的小組或事工組別）。

3. 場地預定規則（Venue Booking Rules）

  • 所有場地預定申請均須經由指定之教會場地管理人員審核與批准。
  • 提交預定申請並不代表預定成功，直至您收到系統發出的官方批准通知為止。
  • 使用者可在預定活動時間開始前，透過本系統自行取消尚未執行或已批准的預定申請。

4. 使用者規範與責任（User Conduct and Responsibilities）

  • 使用者應以負責任的态度使用本系統及教會場地，並遵守教會的價值觀與相關使用規範。
  • 您同意不以任何方式濫用預定系統、嘗試未經授權的存取，或干擾系統的正常運作。

5. 帳戶註銷與資料保留（Account Deletion and Data Retention）

  • 您有權隨時透過帳戶設定或聯繫教會管理人員，要求註銷您的帳戶並清除相關個人歷史記錄。
  • 帳戶註銷後，您的個人資料將根據《紐西蘭2020年隱私法案》（New Zealand Privacy Act 2020）進行刪除或匿名化處理；為滿足日曆排期與歷史稽核之需要，歷史預定日誌可能以去識別化（匿名）的方式予以保留。

6. 責任限制（Limitation of Liability）

  • 本系統按「現狀」（As-is）提供服務。如遇不可抗力事件、突發狀況或教會緊急事工需求，教會保留修改、暫停或取消任何場地預定的權利。

EFCCA Venue Booking – Terms of Service & User Agreement

By accessing or using the Church Venue Booking System (“the System”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the System.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You must register using a valid email address, which will be authenticated via a one-time passcode (OTP).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information (such as your name/nickname and ministry group affiliation) when using the System.

3. Venue Booking Rules

  • All venue bookings are subject to review and approval by designated church administrators.
  • Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation until you receive an official approval notification.
  • Users may cancel their own pending or approved bookings through the System prior to the scheduled event time.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • The System and church venues must be used responsibly and in alignment with church values and guidelines.
  • You agree not to misuse the booking system, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt system operations.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

  • You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal history at any time through your account settings or by contacting the church administrator.
  • Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, while historical booking logs may be retained in an anonymized format for auditing and scheduling continuity.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The church provides this booking system on an “as-is” basis and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel venue bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or urgent church needs.
