我們非常重視您的個人隱私，並致力於保護您的個人資料安全。本隱私條款旨在向您說明，當您使用本教會場地預定系統（以下簡稱「本系統」）時，我們如何收集、使用、存儲及保護您的個人資料。

1. 我們收集的資料

為了保障場地預定功能的正常運作，我們僅收集最少量的必要資料：

  • 電子郵件地址： 用於帳號身份驗證（發送一次性登入驗證碼 OTP）以及接收預定狀態通知。
  • 姓名或暱稱： 由您自主提供，用於在預定記錄中標示使用者身份。
  • 所屬小組 / 事工組別： 由您自主設置，用於協助教會合理統籌與分配場地資源。
  • 預定記錄資料： 包含預定日期、時間段、目標場地以及預定狀態（待審核、已批准、已拒絕、已取消）。

2. 資料的使用目的

您提供的個人資料將嚴格限定用於以下用途：

  • 透過電子郵件驗證碼（OTP）確認您的使用者身份；
  • 管理、審核及批准/拒絕場地預定申請；
  • 向您發送與預定狀態相關的自動化通知郵件。

3. 資料存儲與跨境傳輸

  • 資料存儲地點： 本系統的伺服器及資料庫託管於美國（US）的雲端服務中心。
  • 當您註冊帳號並使用本系統時，即表示您理解並同意將您的有限個人資料（電郵、姓名/暱稱、所屬組別及預定記錄）傳輸並存儲至紐西蘭境外（美國）。
  • 我們已確保雲端服務提供商採用符合行業標準的安全防護措施（如存儲端 AES-256 加密及傳輸端 TLS 加密），以保障您的資料安全。

4. 資料共享與存取控制

  • 嚴禁商業化利用： 我們絕不會將您的個人資料出售、出租或共享給任何第三方用於商業或行銷用途。
  • 內部權限控制： 僅限經授權的教會場地管理人員能夠查看您的預定資訊及聯絡方式，以便進行審核與協調統籌。

5. 資料安全保障

我們採用標準的技術安全措施，包括加密傳輸（HTTPS）、安全的電子郵件身份驗證以及嚴格的角色權限控制（RBAC），以防範未經授權的資料存取、洩漏或濫用。

6. 您的權利（查閱、更正與註銷）

根據紐西蘭《2020年隱私法案》（Privacy Act 2020），您享有以下權利：

  • 查閱權： 隨時查看我們所保存關於您的個人資料；
  • 更正權： 要求更正不準確或過時的個人資料；
  • 註銷/刪除權： 要求註銷帳號並清除您的個人歷史記錄。在帳號註銷後，您的個人身分資料將會被刪除或進行匿名化脫敏處理。

EFCCA Venue Booking Privacy Policy

We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal data when you use our Church Venue Booking System (“the System”).

1. Information We Collect

To ensure the proper functioning of the venue booking service, we only collect the minimum necessary information:

  • Email Address: Used for account identity verification (sending One-Time Passcodes / OTP) and receiving booking status notifications.
  • Name or Nickname: Provided voluntarily by you to identify the user making the booking.
  • Group / Ministry Affiliation: Configured voluntarily by you to assist the church in appropriately coordinating and allocating venue resources.
  • Booking Record Data: Includes booking dates, time slots, target rooms/venues, and booking statuses (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Canceled).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal data will strictly be used for the following purposes:

  • Verifying your user identity via email verification codes (OTP);
  • Managing, reviewing, and approving/rejecting venue booking requests;
  • Sending you automated notification emails regarding your booking status.

3. Data Storage and Overseas Transfer

  • Data Storage Location: The servers and database for this System are hosted in cloud data centers located in the United States (US).
  • By registering an account and using the System, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer and storage of your limited personal data (email, name/nickname, group affiliation, and booking records) outside of New Zealand (to the United States).
  • We ensure that our cloud infrastructure providers enforce industry-standard security measures (such as AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit) to safeguard your data.

4. Data Sharing and Access Control

  • No Commercial Sharing: We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
  • Internal Access Control: Access is strictly limited to authorized church venue administrators, who may view your booking details and contact information solely for review and coordination purposes.

5. Data Security Safeguards

We implement standard technical security measures, including encrypted transmissions (HTTPS), secure email authentication, and strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), to prevent unauthorized data access, disclosure, or misuse.

6. Your Rights (Access, Correction, and Account Deletion)

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the following rights:

  • Right of Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Right of Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated personal information;
  • Right to Erasure / Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and personal history. Upon account deletion, your personal identifying data will be removed or anonymized.
